Contractor Launch Workflow

Verification
Contractor completes the contractor agreement and submits credentials and insurance to contact@dlrleads.org for manual verification.

Configuration
Contractor chooses service categories, service areas, weekly spending and lead limits, and offer hours.

Reception
Contractor receives anonymous offers that identify the lead only by job type, general city/ZIP, scope, urgency, and exact price.

Decision
Contractor can decline or ignore offers for free, or accept and complete an individual secure payment request.

Delivery
After DLR Leads confirms successful payment, DLR Leads privately sends customer contact details through the agreed channel.

Lead Distribution & Refund Rules
A maximum of three contractors may receive any single lead. DLR Leads does not guarantee jobs or revenue from accepted offers. Refund requests within 7 calendar days are considered exclusively for fake leads, duplicate-by-DLR leads, invalid contact details, wrong-service-type leads, or out-of-area leads. No refunds are issued solely for not winning the job or customer nonresponse. If payment succeeds but DLR Leads cannot provide the purchased lead or an available place within the three-contractor limit, that payment will be refunded.
Launch Operations Notice
During our current launch phase, all offers, payment verifications, delivery of customer details, pause requests, and spending limits are managed manually by DLR Leads staff. No instant-access contractor portal is currently offered; our team handles all administrative coordination through agreed communication channels.
